Diabetics at Whataburger

Diabetics need to be a bit cautious while dining at Whataburger. High Cholesterol at Whataburger

Calorie intake is the main concern for people with high cholesterol while dining at a fast-food restaurant like Whataburger. Well, you can always try the Lighter & Smaller options from the menu to cut down your fat intake. Opting for grilled sandwich or burgers are preferred compared to double meat or triple meat cheesy burgers which contain high cholesterol.

Cut down on your meat intake to control your high cholesterol. You must skip Double Meat Whataburger and Triple Meat Whataburger at all costs. Ordered two sandwiches and a salad at 3pm on a Saturday there was no one in the restaurant but to workers and us took 35 minutes to do two sandwiches and a salad and messed up on order when we ask for no onion how hard is it to follow simple instructions my sandwich only had one slice of meat on it for 7 bucks. Wow!!! Will never be back!

The food was ok, not bad really. But the service was subpar. I like small mom and pop places which this clearly this but one of the benefits I find to a mom and pop place is friendly service that takes care of the customer. They must have a lot of regulars, because the seemed to know half their customers by name which is fantastic but I can't help feeling I didn't receive the same service they did. I was clear when I ordered what I wanted two small instructions about my food not even modifying the sandwiches. They did neither and I had to go to the counter to ask for them to correct their mistakes 2 times. One of the things i asked for was my appetizer to come out before my food, instead clearly when I ordered I wanted it first. After waiting a good a while I returned to the counter to tell them I had wanted my appetizer first and not at the same time as my sandwiches or right before them. Nonetheless they brought the appetizer and less than 3 mins later my sandwich (they hadn't followed my instructions to make my sandwich to go.). I took my sandwich to the counter and asked for them to wrap it up. No sorry, or even acknowledgement that they made a mistake which is ok everyone does just own it. So then 5-7 mins later my partners sandwich (which was missing ingredients) comes out. We sat there while he eats his sandwich with no sign of my sandwich being wrapped for take out. Finally at the end of our meal I approached the counter again and asked for it. They were confused about which sandwich it was and then handed it over. Again no sorry. I was never rude or mean, I was polite. The food was good, I am nostalgic for Geraldi's as I spent many nights at the one on NW Glisan in my youth. But takeout is probably a good bet. The last time I ordered take out though it took forever so give them plenty of time to prepare it.

Tried the North Plains location last night after a couple year hiatus (because of poor service and repeated mixed up orders). Happy to report the pizza was delicious and the service could not have been better. Friendly and efficient.

Geraldis is one of our favorite restaruants. My husband loves the Sausage Delight pizza with added pepperoni and a crispy crust! I have dairy allergies and they always are conscience of that and prepare something special for me. It is a small family run business so don't be in a hurry, its not fast food. Very friendly and clean! Best homemade pies around!

Decent pizza and subs. The meatball hero and the spicy Geraldi are the best things on the menu. Best part of this place is the friendly staff!

Ordered Italian sausage sandwich and the Cajun chicken sandwich. The flavors in the Cajun chicken sandwich were really delicious. The new owners of Geraldi's are nice. The smell of the food being made makes my mouth water!

Pretty good pizza, generous toppings and tastes more authentic than regular pizza joints. Only complaint is that it was a little bit spendy, but nothing too outrageous compared to other pizza places. I think it was close to $30 for my pepperoni pizza and two salads. I live near and didn't have a car so I wanted to venture around town and see what north plains had to offer. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted pizza and didn't want to drive 15+ miles to get it. I really enjoyed the Caesar salad I got!

What a great little find! Hand tossed dough - and homemade pies and hand scooped ice cream cookie sandwiches! The subs were excellent too! No leftovers to take with us! Definitely recommend!

We have eaten here many times and the food is usually pretty good. As many other reviews, the crust on the pizza has been burned. We usually get take out, so now we open the box and check before it goes... Everything is homemade, so that's great! I usually get clam chowder, which, so far, has been better than ANYTHING that I have had at the coast... (sad statement, I know...). Lots of good bacon, thick chowder, lots of clams. Truly good chowder! Always friendly staff. Will keep going back!

By far, the BEST pizza I've ever had in Oregon, and the best Caesar salad that I've EVER had. Great service. They are fast, friendly, and the environment is very clean. We will always be loyal customers.

I have to make this a full 4 stars because the hubs and I were at such a crossroads over the food (pizza, after all, is pretty subjective). I found the toppings to be very high quality and the sauce was garlicky goodness, but the crust was way, way too soggy for me. I dig all kinds of crust but it absolutely MUST hold up to the sauce and toppings and this did not. I also ordered their vegi pesto sammich and it was very tasty...even reheated at home the next day in the toaster oven. What can I say about the service other than AMAZING! Attentive, friendly, accommodating, and sincere - all you hope and dream service should be. I would perhaps suggest ordering to go and popping back in the oven when you get home for a perfectly cooked crust that holds up to all its topping filled goodness.

The service was good. The food was nothing special. The pizza was dry and crust was kind of burnt. The cost wasn't worth the food. I would rather drive 15 minutes to pick up pizza in Hillsboro before I would order there again.

The food is great, and the people are better. We held the high school's band camp at nearby North Plains Elementary School. During lunch, the staff would go out to Geraldi's and get some good grub. The first time I had a roatst beef sandwich of sorts. It was pretty good. Not the best sandwish I have ever had, but it was definitely worth having again. The last day of the week, the owner came and gave us a free palte of hummus, too bad I don't like hummus anymore, because we went all week. I had a pepperoni pizza the second time and it was great. This is definitely one of the better pizzas you can get on the West side of the Portland Area.

My family visits from AK every 3 months & he likes to get a sm pizza a couple of times during his stay. In the past we've had burnt crust a few times. We always ask for xtra pepperoni and other than the burnt crust, pizza is OK. Last night on way home from the airport we called in a lg with 1/2 pepperoni &1/2 Canadian bacon & pineapple. The crust was burnt. Pizza cut into maybe 8 lg slices with an average of 2 pcs of pepperoni an each slice & 1-2 slices of Canadian ham & abt 4 small pineapple tidbits on the other half. Wherever the crust was raised..no cheese ..so cheese was really thin. when I called she was very appologetic & said that she didn't understand because she'd covered the pizza all the way to the edge with meat & cheese...no way & I resent being told that ...she offered to make me another..we were tired & hungry so said no thank you....my take on this is, this is a small town...so you have a small clientele...make the thing right the first time! Had a slice of Dominos the other night & it was darn good...will drive a little farther now and go to Dominos...don't know what she does with the meat that she has to scrimp....but maybe the owners need to look into their quality control.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
